Positive: A lot of room. Great view. Heaps of bedrooms, cutlery crockery etc. fully equipped and looked just as pictures promised.
Negative: There was a fair bit of assuming that we were going to party and ruin the property. I had to pay $50 to insure against potential cleaning costs and also send pictures of myself and ID over the internet to prove who I was. I didn’t like that at all. I understand safeguarding of property, but why not build the 50 into the accommodation cost?

Positive: The house was ok, beds clean but smelled of moth balls. Pool was dirty until the afternoon before we left. Jacuzzi had only 2 jets working. Complained but told not to use pool or jacuzzi. Furnishings old and dirty. Location fabulous. Definitely not 5 star. Would not return. Overall very disappointed and not worth the money.
Negative: As above dirty, old and overpriced. Could not use pool or jacuzzi for whole holiday apart from Last evening

Positive: Good location. Good staff. The cleaners Rinchen Gyeltshen were very helpful, showed me how to use the digital door and did a great job before we moved in.
Negative: One of the bedrooms (2 single bed room ) has no heating. The door to go to the balcony can not be locked from inside. The roof was small leak when rain. A part from that, this place is perfect.
Summary: A part from the small problem. Our staying at that place was fantastic
