Summary: Had a wedding nearby and this was a perfect rental for us to enjoy as a family. Easy check in and the home was very spacious and clean. The communication was great and they checked in with us to ensure everything was going smoothly.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this rental. The rental was very clean. The host was quick to respond to my questions. Ensure you get the unit number to be able to locate it. There are three bedrooms on the second floor a twin bunk, two twins and a queen, and one queen on first floor. Both queens have en suite bathroom, one bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms., plus a 1/2 bath on first floor. Only bedroom without tv was bunk room. Plus a tv in the living space. Table area has stools around counter space. Living space has seating for 5 plus stool area. The well fenced roof top area with folding chairs and was enjoyed by some in our group.

Summary: We had a few hiccups with booking, first house was being sold so it was cancelled, second house was booked only to be told that it was unavailable, and then made available. The owner switched the houses last minute, it was a very confusing setup.

Summary: This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, house smelled immaculate and there was everything you needed, including cleaning products. We had difficulty finding the home. I’d recommend putting numbers in the back of the home, especially since some people tried entering our place around 2:30 am because they got the homes mixed up. It was scary. I told James and he was extremely apologetic. James was great with the communication so that was also appreciated. I wouldn’t recommend this property for families with small kids, as the place is kinda tight as far as space. It’s big but in the vertical sense and carrying kids with all your belongings up and down is definitely taxing. This place would definitely be great for a group of friends and family with older kids. There’s a nice roof hangout area but we didn’t get to take advantage of it. I liked having our own parking in the back of the home. Thanks for the hospitality!

Summary: Just as pictured, this house was perfect for a special family celebration weekend! Super clean, fully stocked with cookware, and had very comfortable furniture and bedding. The house layout gave each little family privacy and space. Highly recommended! Amazing location. Close to all shopping. Miami area, Key West. New townhome. Toaster missing.
