Summary: Encuentro was amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Catered ti our every need at all hours of the day. Absolutely loved this place.

Summary: There was a strong drainage smell coming from the bathroom. We had to open the windows, but because of the warm weather we couldn't keep them open for too long as the A/C would be worthless. At some point in the morning the A/C stopped working. The timing of transportation was an issue ... it took about 15-20 minutes.

Summary: This hotel (one of the first eco-boutiques in Valle) has held up well. The service is excellent and the grounds are stunning, especially over the hill where the "lofts" are located. A great place to disappear for the weekend.
