Positive: I love the resort and have stayed here two other times. The customer service is always outstanding.
Negative: The home I stayed in was not the cleanest. The barstools were stained, and some towels should've been replaced. The carpet on the stairs and the tile downstairs are dirty. The front desk was terrific and gave credit.
Summary: The stay was pleasant but wouldn't want that same home I stayed in.
