Positive: Well to be honest the house was amazing with the set up. I enjoyed the moment I entered the house as it was very welcoming. House was well presented and will definitely recommend to others(only if the customer service is better)

Negative: Well customer service was very poor. Very disppointed with the way how the message is being delivered with more of a command rather than making customer feeling welcome to the property. No consistency with the message being delivered. First I was sent a message to collect the keys from the little security box outside the house(which managed too get it). As soon as I get in the house and connected to WiFi, I received message saying that I need to collect the keys from designated shop due to security box not working. In this case, I didn't go as I was already in the house. The next day I received a message saying that I need to return the key in the address given. I even asked if this is the place to return via my messages. I received "yes" answered by whoever it is. Today at 9.30am(my checkout is only at 10.00am) when I was packing my things away, I had a lady outside saying that she is there to clean. I really don't understand the concept of me staying in this place. I still had 30 mins before the checkout! Then we was about to leave the lady who claimed to be the cleaner asked us to let her in to clean when we never had any clear instructions from whoever it is. I decided to not to let her in or pass the keys to her as I really didn't know who she is. I told her I will return the key where it should be returned and she can collect it from there. Upon arriving at the place to return the keys, the man said he can't accept the keys as there should be a returning code. I said there no code given. I had to speak to somebody the man called to explain the situation on what, how and where about the check in, collection and drop of keys. My question is, "Why the hell am I doing this when I booked it through booking.com?"" THIS IS NOT WHY I BOOKED IT THROUGH BOOKING.COM? ITS NOT MY JOB TO SORT THE KEYS! Again why I have to return the keys in certain place when it has to just drop off and leave policy.
