Positive: The location and the view over the bay of kyparissia are breathtaking. Very nice apartment with two levels, at beginning of october it is quite and no people from outside use the pool. There are three very lovely mini cats who are worth to feed them with wet food, please. We get some eggs from the chicken-farm nearby 🤗 You need definately a car to reach the long sandy agiannakis-beach or the lovely center of Kyparissia. There is a bakery nearby in Kalo-Nero and some Supermarkets on the way to Kyparissia. We will definately come back in the future.

Negative: The kitchen and the bath needs an update, when it was raining there is almost no dry place to sit.

Negative: Kitchen was BARE bones. A filter coffee maker with no filters,coffee,anything. You need to bring everthing, paper towels, salt, bar soap. if you want to use. 1 st stay in all of Greece with not even a bottle water.

Summary: Lovely property beautiful views. Tiny bathroom. Unfortunately weather was stormy, so no pool time😕

Positive: The spacious rental, the hosts, the cleanness and the views

Negative: the pool area became quite crowded and noisy during our August visit, with many day-visiting families (not staying at the property) spending long hours there with children

Summary: I'd gladly return and recommend it, though August is best for families with small children.

Positive: The owner was here on arrival. We had some flight delays but he was very accommodating and kept our reservations and was ready when we arrived. He gave us a quick tour and the rest was easy.

Negative: The bathroom is a bit tight.

Positive: clean house with plenty of room indoors and out. A nice pool and surrounding area from which to have a drink whilst watching the sunsets. Nearby coast stunning.

Negative: no issue for me however its location was somewhat remote, fine for quietness and beautiful views over the coast, but a car is needed to explore. Can walk into village but its taverna was closed during my stay.
