Positive: Very good location, comfortable beds, you can find everything you need inside the room (tooth paste, tooth brush, soap)

Negative: There was a very bad smell coming from the sink, a lot of waiting time to do the check in and to get help from the reception since there was just 1 person and many customers. Bath tub was not proper cleaned and the water is not hot enough.

Summary: In general I would recommend and stay again. I just hope they get in consideration what they can do better.

Positive: The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent—close to restaurants, attractions, and the waterfront. It was easy to get around and felt very convenient for our stay.

Negative: There was no hot water available in the entire building during our stay. It's something the hotel definitely needs to fix.

Summary: Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location, but the lack of hot water was a major drawback.

Negative: The Restaurant service wasn't flexible. We wanted to take breakfast but we weren't able to enter with a stroller and the place was empty but the staff didn't want to relocate us in 2 tables together. Inside The room cable connections weren't working, and the shower got flooded . We booked 3 rooms and none of them has Bottled water. Check in was so slow, took 40 minutes , when I was in the line was just 1 person before me. It used to be a luxury hotel with great service but this time was disappointing
