Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The hotel was great! It was clean, the room was very specious. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Negative: The only thing was the heating in the bathroom. It was crazy hot and we couldn't turn it down.

Summary: If we ever come back to Karaganda, we will definitaley stay in this hotel again.
