Positive: The location and the balcony . Very spacious . The host provides sufficient amenities too . She provided a warm fleece in the blanket to keep us extra warm.
Negative: The Matresses in the rooms were hard but maybe it’s because they are new .

Positive: the host was just a call away. She sent a rider to direct us after we missed a turn and even availed umbrellas for us from the parking lot. She was very friendly, kind and made us feel at home.
Negative: An area of improvement was, maybe they could get addition space on ground floor to accommodate people with disabilities.
Summary: we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely revisit
