Wood Lake is only a 10 minute drive from Kelowna Airport. Enjoy 350 feet of sandy beach, swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room, clubhouse and sweeping views of the lake.
The air conditioned unit features 3 bedrooms, a master and second bedroom with queen size beds, a 3rd bedroom with double bunks, kitchen/dining area, living room and two full bathrooms. Enjoy the convenience of a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher (pots, pans, dishes, etc.). In addition, the unit has a washer/dryer, all linens, TVs, DVD/VCR players, barbeque and patio set. Everything you need is here for your convenience and a great vacation.

Summary: This is our second time staying at this complex, but our first time in Jackie’s unit. We come back because the location is absolutely unbeatable. The lake is amazing and I love having the private beach. The pool is also wonderful. My kids spent hours every day in the pool. The condo has everything you could possibly need and is very comfortable. Everyone rested well in their comfy beds and we mostly ate in our unit because all the amenities made it so easy. Jackie was wonderful and very communicative. We had questions about the AC system and she called me and walked me through my problem and was just very helpful and generous with her time.

Summary: We were very impressed with this property! It was clean and well kept with plenty to do in the area! Our kids and grandkids loved spending time at the beach and relaxing/playing in the water too! The property is very well maintained! Check in and departure was seamless and communication was always prompt and informative. Will definitely makes plans to go back!!

Summary: We spent one week with 6 adults and one two year old. Condo was spacious. Loved the wide hallway that then became part of the living dining area. Living room can’t seat more than 4 but we just used dining chairs. Seldom used anyway. .We ate outside for every meal. Lanai was large enough for the 7 of us to all sit and still move around. Chairs comfy there and good sized table and nice umbrella. If we were not out, we were on lanai. Used bbq. We brought our own Cocina mat to cook on, grill is a small version for 6 so we just cooked the meat there. View from lanai is beautiful. The lake and pool are closer than the pictures show. Room with full sized bunk beds was smallish. Bed size was great. We found it hard for adult to get to top bunk. Used pull out in living room one night but not super comfy. Other beds great just a bit squeaky. Other rooms esp master are a good size. Linens nice. Lots of towels both beach and inside. The washer and dryer was a must with being in pool and lake everyday. Kitchen great size. Loved ice maker. The garage was nice to have. Kept our beach stuff there so we didn’t have to bring up to condo. Complex was well cared for. Landscaper/ pool person was there everyday all day. Grass was nice to walk on. Pool warm, hot tub too hot. Some got in but others couldn’t. Lake is very much like kalamalka lake. Sandy beach but a bit rocky on entrance of water then sandy. Only about 6 ft deep at swimming rope edge. Water warm. Not as warm as pool! But very pleasant. Being June, we basically had pool etc to selves until wknd. Because there are few ppl, the geese came to the far grass area and beach every evening. We counted over 60 of them including goslings. That means lots of goose poop. The maintenance ppl clean it everyday but it is hard to keep up. Once it is busier, they will not come around we are told. The close grass area near the condo and pool is not an issue with geese. For the beach, we walked the extra 20 or so steps west on the beach and played and swam at Beasley Park. The condo pool has a nice shower so we made sure we showered off after being in the lake. None of us got swimmers itch. We stayed put some days and explored a bit. Starlite Drive Inn was great fun. Kangaroo farm a must. Need cash for both places. Games room looked fun. It is huge. Didn’t use though. Condo is an easy and short access from Hwy 97. We would stay again for sure. Host easy to contact.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Wood Lake. The condo was very well-equipped, clean, roomy and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We were holidaying with five of our grandchildren and they really enjoyed the pool and jumping off the dock into the lake. The grassy area was a great place for playing all their lawn games. Jackie made sure we had all the info we needed to enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend this vacation condo.

Summary: This home is lovely and clean, with a beautiful view of the green space, pool, and Wood Lake. The boat slip is just down the road on a well maintained dock. Facility also has day only boat slip use at the complex and we found it very convenient. The condo itself was spacious and well equipped for any vacationers needs. Owners were pleasant, easy to contact, and helpful. Lake Country is wonderfully convenient with easy access to both Kelowna and Vernon. Wood Lake/Kalamalka Lake are beautiful, warm, and perfect for water sports. An excellent condo for boat-goers.

Summary: The property was just as described and true to its photos and was very clean and well maintained! The owners were very good at answering any questions we had and quick to respond when we corresponded before our stay. The location was perfect...right by Beasley Park, right on Woods Lake ( where we rented a boat and enjoyed a day on the lake!) and a great beach and close to many terrific golf courses. We made good use of the pool and hot tub on the premises! The condo was perfect for our holiday and was very comfortable and homey! I would definately recommend this property and I would definately stay here again! :-)
