Summary: I contacted the property 3 times prior to arrival to set up a pickup and inquire about activities, no one ever contacted me back. Upon arrival I had to walk to the resort from the airport. After I finally found someone to check me in at the property she apologized and promised to do better. When I looked for her 40 minutes later to ask about WiFi she was gone. I texted the help number but didn’t get a reply until 2 days later which was after I checked out a day early because I was unhappy with the place. To be fair the room and the property are very nice so if they were to do better on the service part it would be a nice place to visit
