Summary: This location did not have their ac/heating system switch to heat and it was cool and had no choice in the matter. Otherwise the personnel were friendly and very accommodating.

Summary: I'm not sure where are these reviews about cleanliness are coming from, but this was NOT our experience. Everything was worn, outdated, moldy and gross. Staff was friendly and helpful, but the rooms were not nice at all. There was vomit on the floor between the bed and the wall. Not sure how long it had been there. The mattress on the pullout sofa was all busted. Dirty floors and dirty furniture.

Summary: I had to go back down to the desk 3 times because my key wouldn’t work. They said they would send a maintenance man which I waited for15 minutes and had to go back down to the desk to let them know he hadn’t showed up. Once I finally got in my room it smelled extremely musty. The carpet looked dirty and felt wet. Then the remote didn’t work for the TV. We didn’t get maid service the whole 5 days we were there. I asked for it but they never came. I had to keep asking for new towels. The breakfast was amazing! The staff were all pleasant and professional. The pool area was nice. If I were to come back to Lubbock I would definitely look at staying somewhere else, especially considering the price.

Summary: Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and bed was very comfortable. A little tall but still comfortable. The room temperature took a little adjustment as it was humid initially but I figured it out. I didn't like that towels were not replaced when I left my used ones on the floor. I guess replaced towels has to be directly asked or stated to the front desk or house keeping. But overall it was a great stay and I would stay there again should I ever find myself in Lubbock for an overnight or longer stay..worth the money..

Summary: This is an older Embassy Suites hotel in a good location just off the Lubbock south loop. The room was comfortable and partially remodeled. While it was clean, there were several maintenance issues that should have been reported by the housekeeping staff and fixed. Front desk was friendly but slightly disorganized. Best feature was the breakfast which was a full buffet and also offered made-to-order omelets.

Summary: We found the hotel to be as clean as you would expect a hotel to be. We especially enjoyed the Friday night acoustic performance in the bar/restaurant area. Breakfast was better than most. The only complaint I have is that my bed was super squeaky and not overly comfortable.
