Summary: Rude chef at the breakfast. Has cøliaki and asked if the omelet was gluten free. The answer was: cant see any! And he was clearly annoyed by that question.

Summary: Was a nice and somewhat clean (A view questionable stains on the couch and bedspread) Also they have 3 elevators but only one was in service which became a huge inconvenience since the hotel was packed. Had to use the stairs 3x after waiting almost 30 min for elevator during breakfast service. I was on the 5th floor so def got my steps in.

Summary: Always love staying at an Embassy Suites and this one did not disappoint. Breakfast and happy hour were wonderful and the staff were friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Rochelle at the bar, dining room staff, the valets, and the omelette magician! Would definitely recommend.

Summary: The staff were wonderful, helpful, cordial. And, very attentive. This is the only reason I didn't give this review a one star. The property is in desperate need of work. There is visible mold around the air conditioner ducts in the building. The elevators did not work properly if at all. The building is a fixer-upper. It needs a lot of work. C'mon Hilton. You can do better.

Summary: We booked this hotel at the last minute traveling home on Labor Day weekend. The check in experience was average EXCEPT for the gentleman named Peter who was amazing!! Super friendly and helpful! The male associate who was the valet was also exceptional in helping us! The young lady from the Philippines who checked me in could use more training in customer service. The dinner was good and served hot and the server working by herself was great! The worst part of this stay....for this Embassy Suites with 9 floors .....I think.......was that it had one.....yes ONE working elevator. I thought this must be recent....until we talked to someone who said they had stayed in this hotel twice in the last year plus and the elevators had been out of service each time. Do better Hilton!! This is unacceptable to have 2 out of 3 elevators out of service for OVER a year?!?! I hope this hotel takes better care of their employees than their guests.

Summary: Nice place to stay, good room size, clean & comfortable..convenient breakfast provided, nice to be able to have custom omelets made for you…location was good, unfortunately downtown Charleston seems to be struggling economically so not very vibrant right now…lots of potential it seems…

Summary: It was good. Parking was confusing at first and you had to get a pass forst for the free parking. It was also off site a little bit. Other than that, it was a great place to stay at, and we would do it again now that we know what needs to be planned ahead.
