Positive: Very clean room and facilities. Staff very helpful. Loved the room linens and bath products in shower. And loved the large tv's! The extra blanket and pillow in closet was nice to have to cuddle up in living room to watch tv.

Negative: Everything was perfect. I could not find anything negative to report.

Positive: The staff (everyone) was excellent. We had a small problem at check, but it was handled professionally and quickly. Every employee was kind, friendly, helpful, professional, and a joy to be around. We definitely will be staying here again.

Negative: Parking. There are not enough available parking spaces.

Positive: The room was ok, we were comfortable.

Negative: The pool wasn’t heated and no one came to fix it like they said they would. Booked the stay mainly for the pool for our daughter’s birthday staycation with her friends and was bummed that this wasn’t addressed. Also, some of the staff seemed miserable to be working there and very unhelpful. Shout out to Felicia, the Latina woman, the lady supervisor at the front desk and the tall white male working the lobby (I’m sorry I didn’t get your names) though!! They were very pleasant. The rest need some training in customer service for sure. Also want to acknowledge the staff in the kitchen and dining area during the crazy breakfast rush.

Positive: I thought the complimentary drinks were a nice touch.

Negative: This location isn't a lush with plants on the inside. I like the embassy suites because they usually have a lot of green plants on the inside, appearing almost jungle like.

Positive: The room was great. The breakfast was good.

Negative: The parking is a disaster! They have a very limited amount of parking and it costs $34/night!!! They didn't have free spots in their parking and told me to park in the next building, which is also expensive. I parked there for the night, and in the morning the gate didn't open. I had to wait for the security to come and open the gate for me, I was late to my plans.

Summary: Good stay if you don't come with your car.
