Summary: The bathroom door was broken and had an unusual “fix” and was difficult to move and was noisy. Due to the set up of the hotel, you can hear people in the lobby all the way up the rooms. If you want to go to bed early and are sensitive to noise this is not the place for you. We used the sofa bed. There was no bedding even though our reservation included the number of people. We had to request bedding 3 times from the front desk within a 2 hour window. The pool was very cold. The hot tub has been filled in. The picture showing a hot tub is extremely old and not true. Parking is an extra fee and the parking lot is just a regular lot. Staff was nice.

Summary: W6ant the best choice to stay while on spring break- but overall good hotel to stay at - the pool couldn't keep up with the filtration and amount of people there so it was a little muggy other than that spot on hotel and service

Summary: The breakfast might be amazing but I wouldn't know because as soon as it opened there were no plates or silverware . Also only having 3 elevators and no stairway access it takes 45 mins to get an elevator that isnt full. Also meal seating was a huge issue and it is obvious that the head chef and hotel staff do not work well for the benefit of guests.

Summary: Staff was friendly, room was spacious. Breakfast was very busy, we went 20 minutes before it ended. It seemed like staff couldn’t keep up with the demand and did close and lock the doors promptly at 9:00. (I think it may have been spring break). Overall, would stay here again.
