Summary: All staff were incredibly nice and friendly. Went above and beyond even when the issue was my fault. Breakfast very good. Pool excellent. Rooms roomy and very comfortable

Summary: It was a very pleasant experience. Our room was clean and cleaned when we asked for the service. The cocktail hr was good. And full of snacks. The breakfast was good and also plentiful. We enjoyed our stay

Summary: The first night was not good. The AC would rattle badly when shutting down. In the morning I asked for it to be repaired prior to night time. Hope and the gentleman asked if I would like to move. I asked for a 4th floor room and they found one. It really impressed me that Hope went to the room and made sure the AC was working properly!! I'm a retired 61 year old jarhead, I was glad to see younger employees going above and beyond to make sure things were right with the product they were offering. Not just thinking that "this get this old fart satisfied"

Summary: The pool was old, had a bunch of chips out of it. It smelled of chlorine, which meant it had a lot of urine in it. During the evening, the pool was packed. Older kids were spraying water from the hot tub into the pool, running around. Saw a kid nearly bust his head open, slipping and falling into the pool. My younger son wanted to swim but did not to deal with all that craziness. There seemed to be security there, unfortunately the security probably wanted them to have fun, and let them get rowdy. Which is understood, but it would have been nice for everyone to have fun. The breakfast was good. The staff was good. There was a lot of food. Fresh fruit, good orange juice. The room was pretty nice. There was one broke door knob and we were out of bodywash, but they replaced that with a quick call.

Summary: The stay was really good. Lea at the front desk was really nice as were the ladies running the breakfast area. The only complaint was someone was either cleaning or working in the room directly above in the middle of the night the first night. The second night quiet and no issues. I was overall impressed with the property and staff.

Summary: The air conditioning had issues. maintenance came to fix it but it was hot in the morning. The hot tub didn’t work. The heat worked but not the bubbles. Kids were yelling in the hallway the entire weekend. Breakfast was good. The evening drinks and snacks were good.
