Summary: I was here for a family reunion. The hotel is really pretty. The breakfast was great. It was weird having to use your room key to get through the gate into the hotel and the gate leaving the hotel. Especially after you check out and don’t have a room key- we were trapped and had to return to the front desk for assistance- which was… fine. All in all we had a good time. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Summary: Embassy has really gone down hill. It’s very out dated . There was a stain on our headboard (gross)… our fitted sheet didn't fit the mattress so it kept coming off of one of the queen beds. The beds were horrible on my back and my husband’s. Another lady pointed out a roach or something like that while we were waiting to get forks in the AM, in the floor under a table. Also, the pool chlorine was so high it burnt my eyes just being in the pool room . Lots of nasty hair Floating around and the water was super cloudy /murky looking (yuck). The best thing about the hotel was their complementary 5-6:30 drinks and snack and good breakfast but poor worker making omelets was slammed and doing it himself . So super slow service. Not worth $225 for a night .

Summary: The service was great was service great but, on the Sunday June 8 the bartender on the social afternoon she was so rude with me and my family but, not with other people, that attitude made me feel discriminated.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay, the room was comfortable and very quiet. My only issue was parking. Most of the parking is in the rear of the hotel, and there was no entrance so you have to walk all the way around the building.

Summary: Room was spacious and super clean. Breakfast was incredible with a made to order omelet station and lots of options to choose from aside from that. Plenty of seating, and staff quick to clean tables as guests left. Pool was much loved by our daughter. They even have adult only hours for the pool at night.

Summary: Our stay was uneven. We were overcharged for parking which we now gave to dispute with our credit card company. There was a lack of available parking due to veteran motorcycke club taking up more than one space per bike, and when nicely asking the desk staff to take care of it, were told, but they're veterans. So, had to park at the hitel next door that was very accomodating. Garbage was left in the room by the previous guest and the room was not clean or cleaned during our stay. The hallways were never vacuumed and candy was left on the carpeting the entire stay. Whether short staffed or disinterested it affected the enjoyment of the stay. We were expecting better from the property and unhappy that the published rate and hard copy verifying the parking rate was not honored
