Summary: Room was not clean at all bed was dirty other peoples clothing in room pills on floor cups on floor. Worker brought a flat sheet to the room and expected me to re make the bed. I’m no that’s your job. Won’t stay here again very unexeptable. Never offered to change rooms or have room cleaned again.

Summary: We moved to another room. The first room was so dirty , bedsheet hiding the stain and the bathroom was so dirty. Carpet got to much stain. They moved us to different room. The room is kinda okay. But no hair dryer. Fridge is not getting colder at all. My husband is a 100%veterans riding a wheelchair. Parking for handicap needed to pay too. But some of the hotel , if you have handicap parking , it’s free . This hotel you gonna pay everything and it’s not worth it anymore. They need to cleaned ,steam, sanitizer all the furniture. Because look like there’s a bedbug . We all start itching. The first room so much ants,

Summary: We enjoyed 3 of our 4 nights at this hotel. The first night was marred by several unruly children running and shouting for several hours in the hallway, which hotel staff did nothing to curtail. However the following nights we changed rooms to an upper floor and had a very quiet and pleasant stay. We enjoyed a dinner at the restaurant downstairs, and breakfast provided each morning, and in both cases the food and service were quite good. Staff were pleasant, beds were comfortable, and internet access was fine. The hotel location was also quite convenient to San Jose locations and the Bay Area.

Summary: Disappointed to find the bathroom not clean- I had to wipe down the counter, sinks, faucet, and the toilet. There was dirt/makeup residue on light switches and the doors. Hair and dried up toilet paper on the shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower. The coffee table was sticky. Sink was slow to drain. The heating and cooling system was very loud the entire time it was on. Toilet paper dispenser was broken and wouldn’t hold the tP. No tissues and the mirror was not clean. Breakfast was good. We would have asked to be switched to a different room but we got there and had an hour to leave for an event. Would not come back to this hotel.

Summary: Hotel was kinda cool on the inside with a unique layout. Room was big, comfortable and clean. We were woken up at 8 am by the fire alarm going off telling everyone to evacuate. We had to stand outside for roughly an hour before being let back in. Went to go take a shower, and discovered there was no hot water. Front desk staff said the whole hotel didn’t have hot water since the boiler was down. Immediately went to go check out, and was only comped my $20 “parking fee”. Not a good experience towards the end.

Summary: Room didn’t have toilet paper. Asked 3x before they sent one. No water. No perks. Coffee offered at breakfast is too too hot. You can have free breakfast as long as people are not running circles around you to take the empty plates, they stand on yur table like a hawk. Everything closes early in the hotel or not open. The good: stores are near, in the heart of Silicon Valley.
