Positive: The remodel upgrades are nice in the hotel and in the rooms

Negative: As a traveler who has spent many nights at this location since it was built the change at the manager's reception to only two drinks was disappointing and paying for parking super disappointing the removal of the hot tub from the pool area that was a total bummer

Positive: The hotel interior and exterior are warm and inviting. The rooms are nice, the furniture is dated and worn. The beds were very comfortable. The shower water was lukewarm.

Negative: The couch needed to be replaced, flat in areas where you would sit. The shower water was lukewarm and I waited 5 minutes to see if I could get hot water, no hot water

Negative: The AC was so cold that we were uncomfortably cold the entire stay. Even with the small space heater they brought to our room, we were freezing. They said the AC was cold because it is "system wide" which seems to be an unreasonable way for a hotel to make a comfortable environment for each guest room. This cold room was a deal breaker for me and I probably wont stay here and freeze again.

Summary: Nice facilities and food but the cold room environment ruined our stay
