Summary: We booked through a third party. When we got to the hotel, they didn’t have the room that we thought we were getting. We need to sleep 5 adults. They shuffled other people around and managed to get us an adequate room. Third party reservations don’t guarantee the right number of beds. But the hotel reception desk worked magic for us.

Summary: Overall it was fantastic, the hotel and room was great, no hesitation. Excellent for families with more than 2 kids. The only issue we had was that the front desk staff that did the check in did not provide good customer service. The person looked like she did not care at all, I had to extract information, like Parking, Wi-Fi access, breakfast, etc. She may have been tired, I don’t know. Still, the rest of the staff was great, so I still rate my stay 5 stars.

Summary: The room was nice. The pictures made the room look larger. It was water damage in the restroom on the ceiling and door, the room slept 6 and they gave us 2 large towels and 1 small towel.

Summary: Amazing 1 night stay for early morning flight. Clean room, friendly staff, kids were about to swim in the pool in the afternoon, and amazing complimentary reception hour with free alcoholic drinks and snacks. Morning shuttle to airport was on time and friendly. Only regret was leaving before breakfast started. We will be back.

Summary: The stay was terrible. We had consistent noise from the residents in the room next to us. They kept yelling, and banging in the wall. This happened through the night. I told the front about what we experienced and nothing was said other than they were sorry.
