Summary: Called about cold room. They sent a technician. Even when the temperature was raised ten degrees instead of shutting air conditioning fan off it continued to blow very cold air. We ended up shutting total sytem down. Room was 65 degrees when we arrived.

Summary: I always stay at this hotel when I’m in Jacksonville. My stays are always excellent. My only real take away will be to not stay near anyone who is traveling with their pet. I don’t have an issue with the pets being their I just don’t want to hear them barking all day and night.
