Summary: We arrived at the hotel for check in around 4:30 pm and were told our room was not ready because "staff booked off and the night before was sold out, so there are no extra linens". We were not given a time to come back just told to keep coming back to see if the room was ready. We were finally able to check in at 8:30 pm. Our room had no toilet paper, no hand towels, and no bedding for the pull out. The floor was dirty and there were used towels in the bathroom. The pool water was merky and then closed for the second day of our stay. We were told it would be open the day of check out but it was not. We were also charged for a "self parking fee" that we were not aware of following check out. This was not communicated to us at check-in or check out time. The woman doing the laundry Saturday evening was very kind and quick to respond. The staff working the breakfast was very friendly and the food options were great.

Summary: Stay two nights for a couple of events nearby we were attending. Kids were disappointed the pool was closed for maintenance. Breakfast was great as they have a chef doing omelets as you like. $10 parking charge was kind of a bummer. Close to highways which was nice.

Summary: This is our go to hotel when my hubby and I need to escape the madness of home and kids. AMAZING breakfast with everything you can think of, including an omelet bar (hubs favorite) and the rooms are clean, great beds and pillows, beautiful hotel. Add happy hour Free drinks and you have yourself an experience, not just a stay.

Summary: Great breakfast buffet, friendly staff. The lighting in our room was horrible- only light at the sink was within the mirror, the floor lamp in the bedroom wasn’t plugged in and there wasn’t an open outlet to plug it into.
