Summary: The mattresses on the beds are sunken in. The couch as well. We were in room 152. The bathroom door didn't close all the way. Not sure what happened on this trip. Butcwas not good. Not enough towels in the pool area to accommodate the pool guest.

Summary: All of the staff were very kind and friendly. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The room was fairly clean with some signs of wear. The main complaint is that the pool was closed for cleaning in the morning, but there was not a sign. We had the kids all ready to go swimming, but the door was locked. The front desk contacted maintenance who said it was closed for cleaning, but we had some disappointed kids. I did notice that a sign was put up shortly after. It wouldn't be a big deal except that the pool was one of the main reasons we booked.

Summary: Nice hotel, great amenities, nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast is a highlight IF they tell you the right times to make it. I choose Embassy for their breakfast and happy hour and this stay was awful and made more disappointing when we get to breakfast only to be told they stopped serving since we were informed incorrectly at check in!

Summary: Hotel is very outdated and not at all clean. The upholstery on furniture in the rooms was so old and dirty that we didn’t even want to sit on the sofa or chairs. The pool and hot tub were disgustingly dirty that a couple came in with their small child who had a floaty but they looked at the pool and left. The best thing about the stay was the omelet maker at the free breakfast in the mornings. I would not stay there again.

Summary: This hotel used to be nice. The breakfast and the pool was the best parts of the hotel stay. The elevators barely worked (waited forever for them to come and one elevator was out of service half the day), when housekeeping cleaned the room she didnt have washcloths and said she would bring some later but later never came, there was a glob of snort on the couch when we arrived (very noticeable) and the tub/tub walls were unclean. This used to be my go to hotel but not anymore.

Summary: The beds were super uncomfortable pillows too Crumbs on floor couch cushion ripped and cushion nasty under it fold out bed didnt come out don had to sleep on the couch. We have stayed here multiple times and usually happy
