Summary: Good location and service shuttle to the pier was a nice add-on. This being said, the hotel is going through exterior renovations therefor the noise around the pool from 8h00-17h00 is annoying !!!

Summary: We had a fantastic time! The kids had a blast enjoying the pool, the beach, and playing ping pong. Breakfast was a highlight—especially the made-to-order omelet station. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Summary: The Hotel is under construction and load construction noise from 9 am to 5pm which is hard to avoid even if you are sitting at beach across the road.

Summary: The breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is also very good. The only problem was that there was a lot of noise during the day because there was construction going on in one part of the hotel.

Summary: DO NOT Book here they are under renovations and you will hear loud drilling in your room constantly. It goes on from 9am-5pm everyday and is very disturbing. Other than that the property is amazing Wonderful views private beach a bar and restaurant downstairs with pool. Deerfield Beach is a very chill beautiful beach. If your going to stay here make sure to call and ask if they are still under renovations from my understanding this would continue through out the year.

Summary: For one they were under renovations. I understand that, I was super happy with the room remodel, however the balcony was still under repair and we couldn’t use it. My biggest gripe was that the pool bathrooms outside were never cleaned the whole long weekend we were there. The smell of urine and wet, sludgey toilet paper was all over and every morning it looked like the day before. We found alternative bathrooms to use because it was aweful and I have small children.

Summary: This is really just an average hotel stay. I’m convinced they call it a resort so they can add on a resort fee. When we went to check in they said our room wasn’t ready, which it was 4 pm so why wasn’t our room we reserved ready? They ended up changing our room and placing us on the side where major construction was going on. I believe while you’re booking or even after you book, a hotel should update you on the construction. So from 9 am to 5 pm for the entire week we were there, a jack hammer like sound was right about our room, so we had to stay clear of our room all day. If you’re a napper or have small children this won’t work for you. The breakfast is included which honestly that was fine, but would not recommend eating lunch or dinner at the hotel. The prices are higher than fancy restaurants and the food was subpar. They have a happy hour that’s included but it only includes well drinks and bud light, anything else you might want has an up charge. Lastly when walking to the beach to lay out everyday there is a man who owns his business (not associated with the hotel) who lays the chairs out for you. It’s actually a public beach, so again why is this a “resort”. And he only has 25 chairs a day. It’s a small beach so there’s not much room to do anything unless you walk to the actual Deerfield beach. I don’t know. For the money we paid we were better off doing an all inclusive and having a luxurious time. Oh I also remembered. The pool and hot tub cleanliness. 0/10.
