Summary: Great staff. Nice facility. Good location to PNC arena. Only issues we had were with the room. A/C would not work and room stayed hot all night , shower head detached from wall, room had a lot of wear & tear, uncomfortable mattress, very small pillows, and very basic sheets. Room could have used a clean but nothing egregious. Would stay here again maybe for the convenience/location but was disappointed by the room.

Summary: I was there to join a group, and the exhibition hall, meals, and room were all excellent. I would suggest a sweater or something… all public areas a very deeply air conditioned. The morning breakfasts had something for every appetite, from cold cereal to made-to-order omelets.

Summary: The Staff was very kind for the most part, we had some issues with one of the breakfast staff just being a little rude. I was surprised to get a $8.00 dollar a day parking fee as if I park in a parking lot not on the grounds of the Hotel. We were not given any warning about the charge until I got the final bill.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay! Every detail & mishap on our part was taken care of by your amazing staff! Trey at the front desk was courteous, friendly, helpful & knowledgeable at check-in. Breakfast was exceptionally prepared by Mozell! She can make the most scrumptious omelet and it was so fun to watch her flip those omelets effortlessly! The room was clean & quiet! And just one notation for upper management, The Front Desk staff was always standing & pleasant, even though they were visibly fatigued. I was saddened to see when I checked out that they didn’t even have stools to sit on. Those employees are the first point of contact for your guests, please get those hardworking, delightful, gregarious staff members a stool to sit on.

Summary: I stayed 1 night. It’s one of my favorite if not favorite places to stay whether it’s for 1 night or a weekend stay. I love staying there. The people are nice, the rooms are always clean and the breakfast is awesome. If there is a room available when I want to get away, I’m staying there. P.S. Now I just have to remember to ask if they have a golf voucher the next time I stay so I can play some golf on my next stay.
