Summary: Everything was great no problems really enjoyed my stay there and the restaurant downstairs. The food was excellent and the waiter was very nice and pleasant

Summary: Everything was great except for the elevator. They had three elevators, which were all incredibly slow. It took 10 minutes for the elevators to arrive. It was really slow and all the guests noticed it. We were taking bets on how long they would take as we waited.

Summary: Bed was comfortable that was about it ac didn’t work well kept going on and off and the hotel was out of soap to shower with so we had to use shampoo as the house keeping was unable to understand our request and took them multiple trips of random soap items with an unresolved solution.

Summary: Not up to the standards at other Embassy Suites. Breakfast no waffles as advertised. Guy got the omelette wrong both days , toaster wasn’t working correctly. Not allowed to take food to room despite few seats. Very disappointed. Didn’t use wifi , never have I ever had to pay for it! Bathtub stains. Needed a vacuum. Never plan to stay at that location again will stay at the Fairfield.

Summary: We had a terrific stay while sightseeing in Boston. The staff, particularly Aaron, were attentive and helpful with directions to Fenway Park. The pool was terrific as well!

Summary: (1) brown “wear” stain inside bottom of toilet/ very disconcerting every time toilet was used. (2) furniture in living room stained and tears of fabric. (3) large brown stain on cords in living room. (4) dried paper from Kleenex box on bathroom counter. (5) room had 2 double beds (ability to sleep 4 people)/ bar area had 1 glass and 2 disposable coffee cups/ glass never cleaned and used disposable coffee cups never replaced. (6) beds not made after first day/ had to request this; was not told this during check in. Overall hotel has lost its “luster” since our last stay a few years ago/ very disappointing for this formerly Diamond member.

Summary: I love Embassy Suites. We stay there all the time across the country. One of the things I enjoy about them is their afternoon reception, as it is something that makes Embassy Suites stand out from other hotels. This is the first time in my history of staying there that the hotel did not offer beer/wine as part of their reception. They had a lovely poster displayed in their lobby about it with a very small after the fast post it stating "non alcoholic only" . Total disappointment. Maybe all Embassy Suites have done away with their late afternoon reception, but it would likely change our motivation to seek them out going forward!
