Summary: Room was great but thr oarking lot is not large enough to hold all the csrs. I had to park offsite two days of my stay but the bigger problem is they charge $7.50 per night to park and No Reference to the additional charge until youcheck in. Had to pay even though we did not find parking on the property

Summary: We had 2 rooms and they both had issues. In both rooms, the AC could not keep up or cool down the room. In one room, the drain wouldn’t drain in the shower so we lifted it and it was covered in mold and gunk. In the other room, there was fresh blood on the sofa and carpet that was very obvious but had been left uncleaned. The staff did come try to clean it after we said something. The curtains in one room were broken and wouldn’t even open. We stay here all of the time because our daughter goes to KSU and we’re very disappointed this time. We won’t be back at $250-350 a night.

Summary: I have never left 5 stars for a hotel but this Embassy Suites deserves it! An absolute A+ experience; kind, clean and comfortable. The hotel is very modern, the room was immaculate and the bed was SO comfortable. I stayed in a 2 room with a king bed. This will be my go-to hotel in this area!

Summary: The Hotel was excellent! The only thing that I noticed was that the trash near the elevator on floor 6 was not emptied during our entire stay. It was full and smelling. That’s the only complaint that I have, overall the hotel was great and I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.
