Summary: We spent 3 nights here and were very impressed with the staff’s interest in our welfare. Peter sorted out the toilet flush very quickly. Jonathan found a Black Rhino for us which was very exciting. They made sure our transfer to the airport went without a glitch

Summary: We love our stay at Emayan. We went with our 2 daughters (5 and 9). The staff was very friendly and kind with each of us. The food was delicious, with a variety of options, and several courses. The location was safe and the Masai staff kept us safe day and night. We booked this vacation last minute and we needed extra help and recommendations for our next city in Kenya. The hotel helped us to look for a reliable tour guide and a hotel for our next city at a wonderful price. Our tour guide, Smurai, from this hotel was EXCELLENT. My daughters loved him and named him “Smurai the greatest”. Such a great, knowlegeable, and noble man. He took us to a sunrise safari with breakfast, sundowner experience, Masai village,etc. He also connected us with the Hot Air balloon company and gave us a good price, and also drove us back to the airstrip during our last day. We still miss him! The ladies from the restaurant and the manager Sein went above and beyond to please our daughters and to comfort us like mothers. John and Gilbert spoiled my husband during the whole stay with food, drinks, and any other need. Simon and Anthony protected us all the time, mostly at nights. I apologize if I forgot any names… but I remember the faces and actions of each of you and we will be forever grateful of this Masai Mara experience. Many blessings to all!

Summary: I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and all I can say is this place is extremely amazing , so much luxury at an affordable price , the staff were all on top of their game , Fred in security and Gilbert at the restaurant took so much care of us . All 3 square meals were great as well . I can’t wait to be back here again !!
