Summary: Bad service when it really mattered, unfortunately

Summary: Not so great as the other times we have stayed there. Room was very hot (as was the rest of the hotel), the curtain was ripped and there was no wine in the room. Breakfast still excellent, service was very good albeit a bit too much at some times. Christmas decorations were a bit basic and somewhat lackluster

Summary: Fantastic resort with delicious food. Spotless room and friendly, helpful staff. Easy to walk to ruins. Our only disappointment was that there’s a restaurant that plays loud music until 11:00 each night. While that’s not terribly late, it does make it hard to relax and enjoy a peaceful evening in your own room. Still, we’d stay here again because the location and food were exceptional.
