Positive: Everything about our stay was exceptionally taken care of. Right from our time of arrival,the host was very courteous and he took care of everything we needed. Also the property was very nicely maintained and all the facilities were there . I would surely recommend anyone travelling to Jaipur to stay there .

Positive: Perfect for a family. Central location with lots of shopping and general stores within walking distance. Well kept property and host easily contactable. Fully furnished kitchen and 2 bedrooms plus study makes it a much better option for families compared to a hotel. Good views from the balconies.

Negative: Cleaning could be a little better. Super noisy due to traffic at all hours of day and night so good night's sleep will be difficult for someone not used to noises at night. Pigeons are a nightmare !

Positive: The behaviour of Mr Ashutosh- he was very welcoming and always ready to help. The perfect host. The place is very well kept and comfortable.

Negative: The parking which was on the road. Though locals assured us that it’s safe, as a personal preference, would have liked a more secure place.

Summary: Highly recommended.

Positive: The property is well made, everything is perfectly done I love the interior a lot! Location is good everything u can get easily near you. It was very comfortable stay on a budget. Glad we made this choice. And the host are polite super flexible and friendly. I just love this place. Plus u have kitchen to cook. I think this the great place if u looking for a Homestay because u felt like ur at home!
