Summary: Easy check in but dont arrive before 3pm as you cant check on earliy. The hotel was locked and opened at 3pm We stayed in room 16 on the second floor. Nice room masive king size bed. Good suply of coffee and tea. Breakfast is excellent good quality and lots of it. The breakfast room and bar are clean and inviting. Drinks are reasonably priced. Location is about 15 minute walk from the city centre. Taxi to the darts costs just over over £6. Very nice Italian and indian restaurant close.

Summary: Breakfast is extra so we didn't have that. The restaurant isn't open at all otherwise so we went to the Roma restaurant up the road. That was good.

Summary: The greeting on check in was good. The room was large and everything was clean. A few areas could have done with a cosmetic overhaĺl. Breakfast was served efficiently and the cooked breakfast was large, the ingredients were not premium but adequate. There was some noise from other rooms either early morning or later at night from other guests.

Summary: Breakfast was okay, little lacking in choice. Eg. Filter coffee would have been nice. The hotel was not busy we were given a ground floor room which was fine but the noise from upstairs rooms and people talking in reception during the night didn't really give a restful stay. If we stay again we will definitely ask for an upstairs room. Cleanliness was good, shower adequate if a little small but overall I would say value for what we paid.
