Positive: Nice apartament in close to city center. Tram, bus and metro is right in front of the building. There are 3 coffee shops with really good breakfast and also supermarket in the same building. Real address is not Lidicka 17 but Albrightove 2 - it is 5minutes from each other.

Negative: Balcony door from the kitchen were broken and left without handle. But we were told that they know about it and new doors are already ordered. Wifi not working (connection error) so same for TV - not a problem for us as we were in the city for whole day. But it can be big problem for someone...

Summary: Nice apartment, close to everything what you can need on your trip.

Positive: The location is good with easy access to most areas. There is free on-street parking, which is convenient.

Negative: The address on booking is not the actual physical address. The actual address is a brand new block, but it is on Maps, so not sure for the reason. This made me a bit anxiuos prior to arrival. There are several phone numbers the messages say you can reach them on, but only one actually works, and only by whatsapp messaging. The key is picked up at a reception that is in the same block of flats, but the entarne is different, around the corner. Get your translator app ready as the receptionest doesn't speak English. The flat itself is lovely, but no ventillation and the balcony door handle is broken, therefore cannot even open that one. Not convinced the towels were clean and we found several long black hair in the bathroom - none of us have long hair.

Summary: Good stay, but the property managers need to learn the industry.

Positive: Nice location, near town, all the necessary transport stations are nearby. Good shover.

Negative: Very hard to communicate with the owners. The administrator did know English, but on the reception no one spoke English. The apartment was dirty and the balcony door was broken. Towels and bed sheets felt unclean to touch as if they are washed without detergent or not washed at all. Very random kitchen supply selection: no pan, just one big pot with no lid. Dirty microwave, trash under the beds. The building is new, all the furniture and appliances are brand new. But it’s just uncared for. Pretty disappointing.

Summary: Not worth the money at all.

Positive: Brand new building. Kitchen utensils were new. Location was acceptable. Close to the tram line. This neighborhood was builded newly.

Negative: Near the blocks there were new construction going on. The host doesn't speak English but she writes English. According to Prague city law every adults have to pay 2 euros per night but she wrote kids included . We were 4 adults 3 kids. She asked for 7 pax city tax. Moreover she asked for 60 euros damage guaranty. We didn't pay it. We paid 7 pax city tax. I paid it because when i paid i didn't know that it was only adults. I learned later from chat GPT. So she wanted to cheat us and managed to some extent. Sheets and towels were not clean. They smell different. I can't explain. I am not a picky person but i have to admit. İt's not a hotel cleanness.

Summary: Not the best option for 614 euros!

Positive: It is a very new and modern place. It was very clean and everything was there. I would stay here again. The apartment is not far from the city central. We walked the was. In a beautiful city like Prag is it a pleasure.

Positive: The location and apartment set up was great. I like it a lot for a family! The hostess stopped by with a small gift. We felt welcomed!

Negative: It was a bit dirty. The floors had not been moped, and the windows were full of kid prints. The beds were really hard. Wet towels were hanged in the entrance. The lady was kind and apologized. I also felt a been uncomfortable with the key handover. They hid it in a location for us to pick it up. It was a bit unconventional.

Positive: Great place to stay! The area isn't overcrowded with tourists but has many interesting sights nearby, like Staropramen and the riverside. Tram connections to the center are perfect. The building and garden are new and great, and the best part was how well-equipped the place was. It had all possible kitchen utilities, an iron, coffee, and enough towels. It was a super comfortable place to stay, and we loved it
