Positive: Parking was easy (they told us in advance where we could park), and getting to the location was straightforward. The room was very comfortable and right in the center of everything. The room's private bathroom was huge, bed was very comfy, and appreciated the heater in the room. Staff was very kind the next day when we encountered them in the shared space too.

Negative: The private bathroom's toilet would run, but it was a matter of checking twice after flushing. Other than that it all went perfectly!

Summary: Very comfortable, would go back!

Positive: Comfortable room and bed, looking out over the street, in a great central location.

Negative: There was a problem booking in, in that I didn't receive the email from booking.com giving me details of door codes etc, until after I was due to book in. This was the second time this happened during my trip, and I believe was down to booking.com, rather than the property.

Summary: Cool, comfortable room centrally located in town.

Positive: Very neat space. It is what was one a massive apartment taking up an entire floor of a building, which has been renovated into space with a shared kitchen/laundry, dining and lounge areas, but with private bedrooms. Our room was beautifully renovated with an excellent bathroom. The furnishings are not high end, but are absolutely functional and the bed was comfortable. The washer and dryer were a real convenience and detergent was available so we did not have to go shopping for it. The unit was very clean, both in our room and if the shared areas. Communication with the host was great and we were able to self check in with door codes and a lock box. The unit is very well located in the heart of Elvas on a pedestrian only street. The host was able to direct us to free parking a short walk away.

Negative: more than two pillows would have been great.
