Positive: The lock box was great! However on entering the property the back door was unlocked and had to wait an hour for the key to be delivered. We arrived late and it was very inconvenient as had unpacked and needed to get into town for dinner.

Negative: The floor is uneven in one part of the hallway that is a trip hazard. The bathroom door caused havoc as the handle played up and not easy to open when closed. A bedroom door had only the front handle for looks so when the door closed, the kids got locked in as no handle inside the bedroom! The front door handle was loose and only the key could close is with the deadbolt. The bedrooms are small with oversized furniture or misplaced. The two singles room, you cant open the robes as too one of the double robes as the furniture backs up to it. There were no drinking glasses The ensuite shower door was difficult to open and close. The outdoors was full of leaves on the lounge and bbq area. Needed a sweep. The screen on the back door was coming off and my husband fixed it. Considering all this, the property is over priced.

Negative: Couldn't get the heating to regulate properly. Couldn't get remote to open carport door. One bedroom had a broken door handle meaning couldn't shut the door properly on the bedroom. Bathroom door handle didn't work properly. Heating was a major problem because we couldn't get it regulated properly which mad sleeping very difficult because it was either to cold or really hot. Couldn't find any instructions for heating.
