Summary: I was visiting a friend in Weston and booked to stay in a single room at the hotel, when I arrived I was greeted by Sam who took me through all the door codes I would need to get in and out and he told me he had upgraded my room to a double, I was only there for two nights so didn’t see Sam again. The room had a very comfy bed, tv, kettle and enough tea, coffee and hot choc to last a week, the toilet and shower were both very clean with 2 sets of bath towels and hand towels. This is a budget friendly guesthouse which was perfect for my requirements.

Summary: Bed was uncomfortable, walls very thin and could feel the bed moving when someone was walking along the hallway. But location is great, staff very nice and room and bathroom clean.

Summary: Sam, the owner, was very friendly and accommodating when I arranged to check in before the designated time. Although the property is not manned as such, no reception, Sam greets guests for check in and goes out of his way to be welcoming. The room was clean, plenty of tea/coffee etc. and the bed was comfy. Also, very reasonably priced. There is no kitchen/dining room, but everything you could ever need is just a short walk away. 10 out of 10.

Summary: Hossam was a very friendly and patient host. The property is well situated in terms of public transport links and good access to all amenities. The wifi is good as is having a communal fridge.
