Summary: This beautiful property exceeded my expectations as it has everything you could possibly need, (including filtered water) the grounds are gorgeous, and the owner is extremely responsive and gracious. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

Summary: We had the best time here… plenty of space, super clean, and all the furniture super comfy! Hot tub was great, we enjoyed the fire pit every night and brought inflatables for the pond during the day! 10/10 recommend!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. Well-suited for a large group. Since it is winter, we didn't use any of the pond amenities, but we enjoyed walking the useable areas of the property, playing in the snow, and keeping an eye out for deer and hunters. The views are peaceful and beautiful. Erin was a fantastic, communicative, and thoughtful host. We hope to stay here again when we find ourselves in western NY next!

Summary: Erin is an awesome host! She is very responsive which is a plus but when things were needed! we found a bee hive outside and she sent an exterminator over right away! My friends and I do an annual cabin trip and this house was perfect! The house was very spacious the hot tub was perfect the bonfire area was perfect! The house was very clean, stocked well with towel and was cloths! We did have to run out to the store for some essentials but nothing too crazy! Your “popular” shopping centers are about 20 minutes from the house. Definitely may stay here again!!

Summary: If you are looking for something within an hour drive of Niagara Falls, THIS IS IT!! The rooms were big, the beds so comfortable and the common areas big enough to accommodate our group of 11 adults! Plenty of space for everyone, more than enough bathrooms, multiple balconies and refrigerators and plenty of closets. This place was amazing and even better than the pictures show. I really wish we were able to stay longer!!! 5 stars all the way!!

Summary: We are extremely happy about this house and the beautiful landscape it is located in. Everything was exactly as described. Plenty of large rooms, most of them with very comfortable king-size beds with very clean linen; the kitchen pretty much had everything you could think of. Plenty of bathrooms, very clean, stocked with all toiletries, towels, etc. Getting into the beautiful hot tub every evening and thereafter playing the guitar and singing by the fire had been the highlight of the day. The owner was easily reachable and promptly answered any questions we had and genuinely wanted to make sure that we had a pleasant stay. Thank you, Erin. We’ll be back again for sure.
