Positive: Location was good. Common room and kitchen were great. Bathroom for each bedroom was great. Your team responded to email questions rapidly and clearly.

Negative: Lower floor bedroom was cold. Some vents were hard to open (on ceiling). Floor was cold in that room. MBR toilet needed a long hold to flush!

Summary: We really loved it, especially the bathroom for each bedroom. Response from your team super.

Positive: Beautiful condo. Modern with all granite , wood floors , 4 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, beautiful furnishings, lots of windows, super clean. Right in the heart of the most beautiful scenery in America. Hiking, biking trails everywhere and 10 minutes away.

Negative: We never received information on key pad code so arrived and could not get in. We were sent info on downloading an app that supposedly had our info on it. We were unable to download it when we arrived on site. Luckily the property manager returned our phone call for help within 10 minutes ….. but it was a very stressful 10 minutes!!!
