Positive: Lovely clean hotel. Polite & friendly staff. Rooms spacious but pillows hard. A pool here would be great.

Negative: Hard pillows on bed

Positive: The hotel is very clean and with a unique classic design, the view at Tirana was nice.

Negative: The breakfast should really be improved, I had the worst omlet in my life. The hot water was not working. The TV was not working.
