Summary: I don't understand how it's possible that this hotel is a 5-star hotel. The room is embarrassing to say the least: dated and poorly maintained furniture, power outlets dangerously not adhering to the wall, unstable shower tray, broken shower cabin doors, a single towel, still the gel shower with very uncomfortable bags. Only appearance: a nice lobby and nothing else. 2-3 star hotel at most

Summary: Only complaint was about the airport transfers. Very disorganised. Exoected them to meet ne on arrival but some intermediary rang them abd tgey eventually came about 90 nins late. Not great at 2 am. Akso booked the return a day in advance but the guy wasn't ready. Even though it is free you would hope for a bit better organization m.
