Negative: Renovation needed big time for rooms. Tile is falling in the bath, broken windows, soundproof from the hall is bad. Way to far from 5*

Positive: Beautiful and clean facilities, staff are friendly and ready to help. They assisted me to make an important local phone call to the bank and I was helped.

Negative: Issues of air conditioning as too warm in the room, check drainage systems in bathroom.

Positive: The room was spacious, very clean, comfortable bed and if you are looking for hotel with a stable super fast Wi-Fi for teams or zoom calls then this is you hotel. Perfect location, great breakfast etc Also good length swimming pool, Sauna, steam room and gym. So if you are Addis for leisure or for business Elilly International is the perfect choice

Negative: Less entertainment and news TV options in the room. Some American or European news and movie channels would be great too

Positive: the staff was excellent throughout, from the reception to the breakfast room. Breakfast itself was wonderful - lots to choose from. When I arrived, many of the staff remembered me from my previous visit and said "welcome back!" which surprised me since it is a large hotel and they receive many guests. With help from one of my friends, I hosted a surprise birthday dinner party in the 10th floor restaurant. The staff did a great job with the meal and the cake, and the hotel even provided a complimentary band to add to the evening.

Negative: The bathtub was frightening and it had no shower that one could stand under. I wondered who could have designed such a thing and what his punishment had been. The acrobatics necessary to try to get clean weren't worth the energy one had to use so I ended up just using the sink to wash..
