Positive: The house was lovely, really comfortable, and it helped to have two kitchenettes for the size of our group. It was also well within walking distance of cafés and the water.

Negative: The 5th "bedroom" was actually just additional beds on the other side of a partial wall partition in a large open-plan room, this was unsuitable for our party who all required private rooms.

Positive: Very clean, good kitchen, spacious apartment but with the bunk sofa bed in use it meant the sofa could not be used. Towels were very disappointing, clean but very thin.

Negative: We were promised 2 bathrooms with a shower according to the booking confirmation. However we were given an apartment with just one WC and one shower. The WC took atleast 5 mins to fill up the water after each flush which was quite frustrating After complaining, they decided to refund 10%
