Positive: Location quiet and natural. Property was fine for 2 people. Nice garden with easy parking.

Negative: Sofa (rather than sofa bed) in kitchen/diner/lounge would have been more comfortable, although mainly sat outside.

Summary: Comfortable with all amenities albeit a bit on pricey side.

Positive: Clean house. Very nice yard. Very quiet location. Suitable for family with small kids. We were alone in the house but there is an option for another family and although there are separate entrances one might not enjoy the company since you are sharing the yard. Another thing to consider is that you need a car to get to the beach or a store but that is the charm of the location. You have privacy. It’s a 5 -10 min drive that was not a problem for us.

Positive: Location is extra, it is 10 min walk from the wild beach. It is quiet place with only crickets sound around. Just what we looked for. The whole yard just for us.

Negative: There are dusty roads to the location, however it wasn' such a problem after all.

Positive: The house, the yard, the tranquility... are fantastic. The host is very helpful ( we had some trouble with the car and helped us with this issue also). We recommend it for families, especially family with pets - all is great, the sea is nearby with nice beach and water, you can be all by yourself at the beach, it is great. If you want to go for caffes , shops, taverns, it is also best to go by car ( 2 km drive - 3-5 minutes)

Negative: You will definitely need a car. And when you go to this location, keep in mind not to adventure yourselves after Google maps or Waze apps or other GPS, just follow the beach road to the pinned location, otherwise you can find yourselves stranded in the fields. Also - there were many, many mosquitos -this is a problem this year in Psakoudia, not with the accomodation, but with the entire village. So until someone convinces the mayor to spray the fields like they do around Nikiti ( with airplanes) I think it can help with the issue if the windows nets go all the way down, and maybe a door net can be installed.

Summary: Great location, great space, Hope to be able to came back in 2months, this year again :)

Positive: The house has 2 separate apartments. There is a big yard. The apartment where we spent a week was nice and looked new. The bed in the sleeping room was comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped. The owner was very nice. She only speeks Greek, but tried her best to meet our needs.

Negative: The road to reach the house from Psakudia is not paved and it is not in a good condition. The whole area is not urbanized and the road is in a field with reed and small unauthorized landfills. The closest beach (about 200m) is a wild one, it is sandy and wide. However, although it is very close, we could not walk to it, because it gets scorching hot on the road. There arent any shadows. There are markets close by, but due to the condition of the road and area, they can not be reached on foot. At night the area is totally dark. So, you need a car for any movement and preferably a 4x4 or an off road car. The location did not suite us, and I would not recommend the accommodation for families with small childern. The bed in the living area/ kitchen is not comfortable. No cleaning service or change of towels/ sheets is provided. The owner did give us one spare set of sheets.
