Positive: Very clear instructions from the host which included keypads and a key. This was important as we arrived around 1am. The beds were very comfotable and the location was very convenient ,near bus, tram, metro and train links.
Negative: The apartment was not the one I had viewed on the internet. It was very small, the ceiling in the upstairs room was very low and I couldn't stand upright. This needed to be clear on the description. Also, there was no window, apart from one in the shower and one on the stairs opening onto a narrow shaft. There was no comfortable chair to sit on. It would have helped to have these aspects in the description.

Positive: We stayed there for three nights with some friends and it was okay, the layout was very nice, we liked the loft style. We also appreciated the amount of storage space, the bathroom was nice and modern, and the kitchen was pretty nicely stocked. It's also. very accesible (metro, tram, bus all very close) and there is an electric socket right next to each bed, as well as a personal light. Overall good valye for money
Negative: The check in was a bit complicated, we didn't receive the full instructions and it was near impossible to get in, especially since the true location is marked wrong on Google. But the host was helpful and picked up the calls even late in the evening. Overall the apartment wasn't the cleanest, the stairs were squeaky, as well as the beds (which was annoying because it disrupted our sleep). The mattress cover was also in a rough shape and the pillows were flat

Negative: Unfortunately my experience with Eleven Apartments wasn't great. Check in should be at 4PM but because we came into Budapest earlier we agreed with accommodation on early check in at 2PM. Our room wasn't ready at 2PM and they let me know just half hour before. In this time we just arrived and reached the room which was dirty. After that I called them and they told me that the room will be ready after 4 PM. So we changed our plans and left. We came back after 4PM and found dirty laundry on the floor and no clean bedding anywhere. So again I called on reception and after that somebody came with clean laundry finally. I understand that this could happend but I think some compensation would be on the spot but they did nothing about it and I had to call them more then just once. The apartment was really nice but because of this experience I will never come back because we needed to change our plans because of this situation.
Summary: The apartment was great but the communication and service was bad at all.
