Summary: The room was clean and comfortable. The electric window shade had issues moving up and down and there were no hooks or rods in the bathroom to hang towels that were replaced every other day. Staff gave us new towels when we asked. Pool area was clean. Breakfast was standard for included hotel breakfast.

KaiJu Jul 5, 2026 06:54:12 AM
Summary: I stayed here for five nights, and unfortunately, my room was not cleaned even once. Housekeeping only knocked on my door on the second day, but I asked them to come back later. When I returned to the hotel that evening, my room still had not been cleaned. In addition, the soundproofing is very poor. I could clearly hear people talking in the next room, and they were quite loud, which made it difficult to rest.
