Summary: The room was comfortable with good heat control. Very poor shower, inadequate cold water pressure to balance the hot water. Shoultdn't be that way in a Westin affiliated hotel. Good kitchen area with good refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.

Summary: They skipped cleaning my room for days, the internet on the tv only worked the first night of the entire time we were there. I asked many times for them to check my Internet and they said the entire building had no internet. I also asked them to change the bed and provide more towels and toilet paper. I ended up having to bring toilet paper from my office for our room. I went over to the front desk almost every night to find out why our room wasn’t cleaned and all they did was make excuses. One day i even reminded them twice and still nothing. Very disappointed

Summary: Nice with exception of the door connecting rooms. It was terrible having to here the neighbors and out same time moderate our conversation to a whisper.

Summary: Really nice place that lives up to "hidden gem". The staff is outstanding. Breakfast is great (w/gluten free options). There's a well equipped fitness center you can't miss. The afternoon complimentary beverage and snack are a win, too.

Summary: Staff was definitely amazing. The room was OK. My only issue was the water was not hot and when it did get hot, it took a long time to get hot.
