Summary: The stove wasn't working, the staff wouldn't change our room even though we paid extra for the service, the floor was very dusty and needed to be mopped, the check-out employee Juan was extremely rude, he let several people go ahead of us, raised his voice, until I had to call the manager. He claimed that simpler cases would be prioritized and I would have to wait, but in my understanding, a queue is a queue. Only after a 20-minute wait and much arguing did he attend to us! And he kept emphasizing: "If you want to complain about me, feel free!" and continued to ignore us! This is my third time at the hotel and it's been a disappointment! I was very upset about it.

Summary: The staff and service were great we got there early and Jeancardo was super helpful with answering all of my questions. We even got our room earlier than expected. The theme was very appealing and although we didn’t get a chance to use all the amenities the breakfast service and the complimentary snack and drinks they had were very much appreciated. One of the other staff that was very helpful was Liana who was super nice in our breakfast service.
