Summary: Room felt dirty and had a smell. We asked if housekeeping would come to freshen up the room and we were told they were gone for the day at 4 pm. Thee was a power outage for hours and we couldn’t use the TV, AC, etc. They would not give us a discount for loss of use for hours. Only one elevator working throughout our stay. Would not recommend nor would return.

Summary: The hotel is nice but basic. The mattress was good but pillows were not of the same standard. They were lumpy and not comfortable. The hotel is located in the town center which is very convenient. In our opinion, expensive for what you get.

Summary: Happy hpur and breakfast. They also let me store my ebikes in the storage room ( with my locks) -it was great not hauling them into the room. The staff was knowledgable aboubt the path to th Rio Grande bike trail too- nice place.

Summary: Our room was very nice. Loved the view of the Aspen trees outside our window!! The issues we had were as follows: No down pillows, mattress was too firm, toilet seat was loose. Safety issues: Back door from parking lot to stairwell was unlocked all the time, so anyone could walk into the hallway where rooms were, without going through the lobby, without a key! Major issue! use told front desk, twice. Also there was a man who pulled up in his pick up truck and walked in to eat breakfast, he was clearly not a guest and was just a local who was just stopping in for a free breakfast. His truck was parked outside the front door( not in a parking spot) while he ate and no one asked him if he was a guest. Then he got back in his truck and left. I said something to the staff but they did not seem to care. Overall, the room was decent and we had a nice stay but security is lacking!

Summary: Nice hotel in Willits Town Center, with numerous restaurants, a brew pub, coffee shops and shopping with 2 - 3 blocks. Breakfast is about average. If you want to stay in the upper valley but don't want to dish out the cash required for Aspen, this is your place.
