GORGEOUS Tri-Level High-End Home on Northeast Pond in Milton NH. Over 150 ft of private beach, lakeside fire-pit for evening gatherings. Private dock for boat or Sea-Doo. Sleeps 8 in 3 separate bedrooms plus futon. Main kitchen with Viking stove/oven, downstairs kitchenette for kids/guests. Two and a half baths, billiards table, two fireplaces in the house (one upstairs, one downstairs), flat screen TV in each room & in lower and upper living rooms. Full Wash/Dry. Large outdoor BBQ. Pontoon Boat rentals and Sea-Doo rentals at local Marina.

The Lake House is nuzzled in the center of a small 3-home cove with 150 ft of private beach that includes a 30 ft dock for boats up to 21 ft long. The lakeside of the house faces east allowing guests to watch the sun come up over the Maine horizon. The main floor boasts four lake-facing sliding glass doors and glass windows up to the peak of the 24 ft ceiling for full view of the waterfront from the kitchen, great room and master bedroom.

Summary: Beautiful house and lake! We had a fantastic time. House was perfect for our party of 8, plenty of room, close by berry picking and other quaint little hidden gems.
