Villa “ViVa Cumbres” is an elegant 4-bedroom villa with a private heated swimming pool and whirlpool situated in the peaceful residential area on the delightful hillside location of Chayofa, overlooking the resorts of Los Cristianos, Playa Las Américas and Costa Adeje.
"ViVa Cumbres” is a detached four-bedroom villa spread out over 3 levels. You enter the property at street level where you will find a double-garage. A flight of stairs brings you to the main entrance of the villa. On this level, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and microwave, a comfortable bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom. The living room with dining area is full of natural light with large patio doors leading to the terrace. The living room is complimented with a leather 2-piece suit, SmartTV, DVD and free WIFI. The large dining table can seat up to 8 persons comfortably. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom with direct access to a balcony with stunning ocean views, has a double-bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom on this floor is also facing the sea and is sharing the balcony with the master bedroom. This bedroom has a double-bed and shares the bathroom with the remaining bedroom which is furnished with twin beds.
One of the most outstanding feature of this villa is its magnificent terrace with its breath-taking ocean views. There is a large dining table for 8 persons and matching sun-loungers. There is a heated swimming pool (7,2 m x 3,4m) as well as a whirlpool for up to 6 persons and a purpose-built BBQ and a gas BBQ. It is the perfect place for dining alfresco with family and friends.
For additional entertainment, there is also a table tennis at your disposal.
This villa is perfect for those looking for all different types of holiday makers. It’s ideal for a group of golfers to stay in whilst taking advantage of the local golf courses at Las Américas and Costa Adeje. The amazing golf course at the Abama Hotel is also only a 20-minute drive away. The villa is perfect for families wanting to stay in whilst exploring the local beaches and the world-famous water park "SIAM PARK". If you are interested in tennis, Tenerife Tennis Academy is just a stone throw away from the villa. Chayofa gives you the best of both worlds, a quiet place to stay while only being a short drive from some of the more lively areas.

The village of Chayofa has a lovely small centre where you will find a very popular restaurant known for its Canarian cuisine and relaxed chill-out area. Just 200 m down from the villa you will find another restaurant as well as a couple of Minimarkets.
To explore the island and for bigger grocery shopping trips we recommend hiring a car directly at the airport.

Summary: We were really happy with Villa Cumbres. It was beautifully presented, very clean and to our delight there was a decorated Christmas tree and other Xmas touches - lovely! The weather was a bit chilly when we first arrived but a heater was delivered really quickly - happily we didn't need it for long! Communication with Barbara was brilliant - so friendly and very quick to respond to any enquiries. Thank you.

Summary: Beautiful Villa in a peaceful setting. We travelled as a family of four (two girls aged 9 and 11) and met up with Johannes on arrival who showed us around the villa which was very clean throughout. Not long after, the kids discovered the pool that we struggled to get them out of for the following 7 days whilst the grown ups enjoyed the hot tub and sun loungers. We opted not to hire a car which wasn’t a problem as the local shops stocked everything we needed and made use of the local Restaurants which are very good. Taxis are easy to use if you want to go further afield. Will definitely return to this villa in the near future.

Summary: We have just returned home after spending 5 nights at this fabulous villa.Barbara who met us on arrival could not have been nicer or more helpful.we were a party of 6 golfers and the property was in a great location for our chosen courses.The jacuzzi and pool were well used each day and I look forward to staying here again. Summary: This villa is up there with other villas we’ve stayed in. Fantastic outside eating area with sun loungers close to the pool and hot tub and then you have the stunning first floor balcony to relax, read and watch some amazing sun sets. Even though we arrived later than expected Barbara was at the villa to meet and greet us, full of local information which was great. La Finca restaurant/chill out bar is definitely worth a visit or two and is within easy walking distance from the villa. Adeje market is well worth a visit and a must for everyone is Siam water park and mall.

Summary: Excellent villa and lovely village but also not far from the beach in car or taxi. Had a lovely week felt very safe. Pool is lovely. Bedrooms also have a veranda where you can watch the sun go down.
