Summary: Bonne situation et belle vue. Maison fort vieillotte, le feu ouvert n'était pas utilisable (cadenas), la table de billard penchée et tapis déchiré à plusieurs endroits, fauteuils peu confortable, poêles de cuisine griffées +++ et cabossées, mixer défectueux, manques de vaisselles, d'ustensiles de cuisine.

Summary: Het vakantiehuis heeft een prachtig vergezicht op de stad, het kasteel en de natuur. Het huis is ruim, maar vertoont vele defecten. Verschillende lampen werken niet, deur van de tweede badkamer sluit niet, bovenste lade van de vaatwasser is los, lavabo’s zijn vuil door lekkende kranen, vuilbak in de keuken is stuk.

Summary: Het grote raam van de keuken sluit niet goed. Verschillende lampen zijn stuk. Het bovenste rek van de vaatwasser moet vervangen worden. De messen moeten geslepen of vervangen worden. Het is wel goed schoongemaakt.

Summary: Het huis is ideaal gelegen, met prachtig uitzicht op Bouillon, de burcht en de Semois. De inrichting van de woning is echter niet in verhouding met de intrinsieke klasse van deze woning, waarbij authentiek elementen zoals marmeren inkomhall en trap , visgraad parket, afgewisseld worden met goedkope laminaat en IKEA kastjes. De inrichting van keuken en badkamer is ondermaats en dringend aan vernieuwing toe. Als men de extra kosten (opkuis, taxen, nutsvoorzieningen) mee in oogschouw neemt dan is de verhouding prijs-kwaliteit niet goed.

Summary: Alles was zoals het hoorde. Het huis geniet van een prachtig uitzicht en heeft een zeer ruime tuin, de tuin is indrukwekkender dan op de foto's te zien is.

Summary: Aankomst verliep wat moeizaam. Hadden afgesproken met eigenaar wat vroeger te kunnen arriveren, maar dit werd vergeten, waardoor we een half uurtje moesten wachten. Huisje heeft een fantastisch uitzicht. Zelf is het wel wat verouderd en niet zo proper. Omgeving is een echte trekpleister voor jong en oud.
