Positive: It was close to Saint Joseph’s Hospital in London. It was very well equipped and clean. It was modern but still cozy. The host was responsive when we had a question regarding the door code.

Negative: We didn’t receive the information about the on street parking prior to our arrival. We didn’t realize it was the lower level unit until we contacted the host. On street parking could’ve been a problem if there had been heavy snowfall overnight.

Summary: This was a very cosy and comfortable clean unit. We found it extremely convenient for our purposes.

Positive: Cozy, comfortable, and very clean! Great decor! Great price. Close to what we needed-dining, shopping, and takeout. Safe neighborhood and loved seeing all the dog walkers-great to know for future stays. Homes in the neighborhood are charming. We will definitely return!

Expensive Cleaning fee only disclosed just before payment, could have been up front. Subsequently, Booking.com warned more fee could be added - not good business policy - the consumer is left hanging in uncertainty.
